Allfred is an all-in-one project management and finance platform for ad agencies.
In collaboration with Marek Mrazik, a founder of multiple successful ventures in Slovakia, I have helped their team with the design and strategic refinement of their comprehensive advertising platform.
My long-term engagement has enabled me to iterate and design the platform's functionality, such as dashboards, project lists, tasks, time allocations, reporting an more. I also led a series of workshops to help the team establish a brand direction which was eventually applied to a product website and other materials. The website was crafted to articulate the platform's distinct value proposition as an all-in-one platform, positioned against the scattered tools used by account managers and various advertising agency professionals.
